It is not the word 'radiation' that harms, it is the dose and how quickly you receive it. A dental X-ray is about half a day of nature; a CT scan is a few years of it.
Idea 03
Every isotope emits energy at its own fingerprint. A counter only hears loudness; a spectrum-reading detector hears the note, so bananas never get mistaken for a threat.
